The holiday house Milena proposes you is located in the wine estate La Fiòca, in the heart of Franciacorta, in a private park overlooking the vineyards of the cellar, located in an agricultural area.
It is surrounded by a perennial garden with olive trees and secular trees, immersed in tranquility and silence to fully enjoy your vacation in relaxation.
The ground floor consists of a kitchen (with gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher), dining room and air-conditioned living room with television, bathroom and loggia with colonnade.
Through an internal stone staircase you access the first floor where there are 2 wide double rooms with large wardrobe and dresser, bathroom with shower and terrace.The parking is comfortable and large ; it is located near the house and inside the enclosed property.

Our proposals
We are surrounded by medieval villages with ancient dwellings, abbeys and monasteries, a few steps
from the enchanting lake of Iseo, at the foot of the little church of Sant'Eufemia, built in the last decades of
the X century.

We are only 12 km from Monte Isola (ferry from Iseo), the largest lake island in Europe.
The monastery of “San Pietro in Lamosa” is only 5 km far away.
Easily reachable the Camonica valley, which houses one of the world's largest prehistoric rock art collections in the world, which included the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1979, as well as the beautiful frescoes of Romanino in the church of “Madonna della Neve” in Pisogne.- WEBSITE For the lovers of history and art, there is the opportunity to visit the Archaeological Park of the Capitolium, one of the most significant and best preserved in Italy, recognized in the UNESCO’s World Heritage List with the site “The Longobards in Italy - The places of power (568-774 A.D.)”, as well as the Museum of Santa Giulia in Brescia, where exhibitions of primary importance are set up.

- The house is equipped with separate heating systems on the ground floor and on the first floor;
- It is allowed the using of the kitchen with gas stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher;
- If you rent one room, the other one will not be occupied, so you are guaranteed the use of the exclusive home;
- The bathroom on the first floor is common and exterior to the two rooms, which remain independent;
- Accomodation rates include parking for 2 cars, use of bicycles, utilities (gas, electricity, water), bed linen and initial bath linen;
- Maximum allowed stay is 29 nights;
- With a minimum of 3 consecutive nights we offer you a guided tour of our wine cellar with free tasting of Franciacorta;
- Additional services on request:
- change of bed linen and cleaning room during your staying € 10,00 per room;
- extra change of towels and bathroom cleaning during your staying € 10,00 per room;
- extra change of towels during your staying € 6,00 per room;
- extra cleaning of the house during your staying € 25,00;
- wooden crib with child bed, provided with bed linen, € 3,00 per day;
- shuttleservice from / to airport, featured by a partner company - price to be fixed if necessary;;
- rent a car on the premises with a contracted company (price to be fixed if necessary).
- Small animals are allowed;
- To the total amount of the lease - if greater than € 77,47 - will be added the amount of € 2,00 per stamp, to be affixed on the receipt.
