how we get it:


Unlike other Franciacorta, the production specification stipulates that it can only be obtained by squeezing white grapes. The obtained must is fermented at low temperatures (14/16 ° C). A different addition of sugar in the bottling phase (20 grams per liter instead of 24 grams per liter) results in a different drop of foam with a lower bottle pressure. This is identified in a more creamy and silky wine. There is a maturation on yeasts of at least 24 months. Manual remuage on pupitres and dégorgement performed manually.

Organoleptic test:


Strawberry color with golden reflections.
